Plant Part provides project planning and operation services related to plants that transform or process natural resources into valuable products. We have successfully carried out projects on oil refinery, gas-based plants, petrochemical plants, industrial plants, environmental plants and onshore/offshore LNG plants that are designed to provide high added value to clients’ business.

Planning and Consulting
With over 100 offices in worldwide, our unique position grants access to attractive project opportunities for both clients and partners. Our focus is to utilize such information to generate the most optimal solution for our clients. Our planning and consulting platform is built in a distinguished and value-added strategy and integrated with a wealth of extensive industry experience. Our integrated platform takes into account long-term economic and sociopolitical factors in project structuring and strategy, allowing quality consulting service to our clients. We are committed to a wide range of projects within the industry on a global base and have made numerous successful track-records involving a highly complex project structure.
Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
Our deep technical expertise allows us to provide the best solution in terms of budget, timeline, and functional considerations that are the closest to our clients’ needs. Through our strong networks, we can utilize global licensors and EPC contractors, including Samsung’s affiliates that have satisfied project requirements and clients’ needs. We also arrange to supply equipments and/or materials as a sole or joint venture.
Financing
With a close relationship with Korean Export Credit Agencies (K-ECA) and Multilateral Agencies, we are well positioned to assist governments and private entities to enable various forms of financing in their investment plans. Our support includes, but not limited to, arranging commercial loans, official development assistance (ODA) loans, development funds, export credit and private equity funds. As a means of financing, we also participate as a strategic investor in investment opportunities and management of assets.
Off-take
Our strong ties with experienced international traders and our existing sales channels are unique in such a way that allows us to arrange a long-term off-take opportunities with most trustworthy end-users, strengthening the project’s feasibility.
Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
Internationally recognized O&M operators, such as Korean Gas Corporation, SK Energy and others, have closely worked with us on various projects in the past and currently act as operator of some of our assets. We arrange competitive O&M solutions in a timely manner that involves top-tier project operators who are aware of sociopolitical and environmental responsibilities.
